Geoff's academic journey led him to Walla Walla College, where he obtained a B.S. Degree in Industrial Education, followed by an M.A. in Education from Eastern Michigan University. His career initially took shape in education, both teaching and in administration, where he developed a keen interest in the transformative power of technology in improving lives.Driven by a fascination with the electronics underpinning hearing devices, Geoff made a pivotal shift to the hearing aid industry. Over the past three decades, his passion for technology, coupled with a genuine desire to help people, has seen him provide tailored hearing solutions that significantly improve the quality of life for his clients.Beyond his work at Advanced Instruments, Geoff plays a vital role in shaping the future of the industry through his involvement with the Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology and Hearing Aid Dispensers Board, contributing to the examination and licensing processes. Known for his ability to fix almost anything, Geoff's technical prowess and compassionate approach make him a trusted figure in the community and a cornerstone of our center.
With a B.S. Degree in Pre-Occupational Therapy and a minor in Psychology, Jessica obtained her California hearing aid dispenser license in February 2015 and is also Board Certified in Hearing Instrument Sciences. Her holistic view of health, emphasizing the intricate connection between physical, emotional, and mental well-being, drives her passion for exploring how technological advancements can enhance life quality.Jessica is committed to a comprehensive approach to auditory health, constantly updating her knowledge through ongoing training and networking to integrate best practices in her work.
